Wacky Wedding
Once upon a time, long ago (well, at 8:10pm on 20th October 2010 to be exact – 20:10, 20/10, 2010), a Dutch princess named Vera married her prince…and then came the honeymoon…
At ten past eight on Wednesday, 20th October 2010 (20:10, 20/10, 2010) Peter and Vera sealed their marital fate in what can only be described as one of the Wackiest things witnessed in the wedding arena! It all took place at Peckforton Castle in front of over 100 guests with an entertainment cast of over 20 and a performance that left most dumb-struck!
Un-beknown to the guests, Peter & Vera had, in fact, already married at Chester Registry Office at 11:30am earlier that day:
…and for those of you who missed Vera’s finale performed with the great Dani California here it is, especially for you! The “story” was that the two girls arrived to marry Peter at the same time and ended up fighting for him…only to discover after examining their beutiful figures that he was unworthy of their love, thus leaving him bewildered as they departed together, hand-in-hand, to the standing applause (and amazement) of the guests:
The whole wedding was captured by ITV for the series “Four Weddings” (to premier on Living TV in early 2011) so don’t miss it!
We’re off to Australia soon for our 4-week Wacky Honeymoon so watch this space…
